Lビザ（Blanket Lビザ）で認められる子会社
Eビザと異なり、Lビザで子会社として認められるのは資本比率50％以上だけではありません。
CFR Title8 214.2 (l)(1)(ii)(K)
Subsidiary means a firm, corporation, or other legal entity of which a parent owns, directly or indirectly, more than half of the entity and controls the entity; or owns, directly or indirectly, half of the entity and controls the entity; or owns, directly or indirectly, 50 percent of a 50-50 joint venture and has equal control and veto power over the entity; or owns, directly or indirectly, less than half of the entity, but in fact controls the entity.
子会社とは、親会社が直接または間接的に以下の条件のもと所有している会社、企業またはその他の法人を意味します：
（ア）法人の半分以上を所有し、法人を支配している。あるいは、
（イ）法人の半分を所有し、法人を支配している。あるいは、
（ウ）折半出資会社の50％を所有し、また法人に対して均等な支配権および拒否権を有している。あるいは、
（エ）法人の半分以下しか所有していないが、事実上法人を支配している。
